El hombre siempre necesitará al hombre. Se equivoca de lleno quien pretenda desdeñar a sus semejantes, evitando estar cerca de quienes se encuentren desamparados y faltos de calor humano. Nuestras obras son las que mejor hablan de nosotros. Es una gran verdad que nadie es más que nadie si no hace cuanto puede por sus semejantes .
La verdadera felicidad
La alegría está en la lucha, en el esfuerzo, en el sufrimiento que supone la lucha, y no en la victoria. Hablo de ser felices. Para “estar” felices, solo hace falta ir por la vida acumulando placeres y evitando sufrimientos a cualquier costo.
La felicidad tiene que ver con saber que quiero hacer con mi vida. El que no sabe lo que quiere no puede ser feliz. Cada día está lleno de posibilidades, si sabemos leerlo adecuadamente. Podemos convertirlo en un valle de lágrimas o en un paraíso. Cambiemos ahora, antes de que sea tarde.
Los multimillonarios con patrimonios por encima de los 100 millones de dólares, con grandes mansiones, yates y aviones privados, tan solo se sienten ligeramente más felices que el ciudadano medio. Lo que si influye son los demás: cuanto más feliz es alguien, más desea comunicar su estado a quienes le rodean, y cuando más hundido está, más necesita de una compañía que le ayude a salir de ese estado. Nadie puede ser feliz solo.
La mayoría de la gente mide su felicidad en términos de placer físico y posesión material. Si la felicidad se pudiera medir y palpar, yo que no puedo ver ni oír, tengo todos los motivos para sentarme en una esquina y llorar sin parar. Si a pesar de mis privaciones, soy feliz. Si mi felicidad es tan profunda que se convierte en una filosofía de vida, entonces resulta que soy una persona optimista por elección.
Cuenta tu vida por tus sonrisas, no por tus lágrimas.
A la noche le sigue el día, como a la tempestad la calma. Así es la naturaleza y tú formas parte de ella. Por eso, toma conciencia de tus sentimientos y de tus estados anímicos y de cómo alternan los buenos con los regulares y los pésimos. Acepta que las cosas sean así y no te tomes demasiado en serio esas variaciones y alternancias… Vivir es cambiar .
Disfruta de la travesía y del paisaje porque tu felicidad no está al extremo del camino, sino que el mismo camino es la causa de tu felicidad.
Llena la mochila de tu alma de gozo por vivir. Acostúmbrate cada día a llenar tu alma, tu mente, tu corazón, tu piel y tus sentimientos de abundantes provisiones de paz, de gozo por vivir, de amor a la vida, de abrazos, de besos, de risas, de caricias, de miradas de complicidad y de ternura.
No concibo una vida en plenitud si no es viviendo para amar y amando para vivir. No conozco una razón más poderosa para vivir que el amor. El sentido de la vida reside en vivir para amar y amar para vivir, si rechazamos este mandamiento estaremos poniéndoselo cada vez más difícil a la felicidad. El amor es una asignatura y como tal se puede aprender. Para dominar es necesario comprender, asimilar y practicar
