Deja tu carga
Un hombre iba por un camino con un pesado costal de papas sobre sus espaldas.
Caminaba lenta y sufridamente.
Dios, que lo veía, le preguntó: “¿Hacia dónde vas con ese costal de papas?”.
El hombre miró hacia el cielo y le respondió insolentemente:
“¿Por qué me preguntas si tú lo sabes todo?”. Y siguió su camino.
En otro lugar, alejado de allí, otro hombre iba cargando una carretilla llena de ladrillos. Dios, que lo veía le preguntó:
“¿Hacia dónde vas con esa carretilla?”.
El hombre respondió: “Voy al pueblo”.
Dios le dijo:
“¿Quieres que te ayude con esa carga?”.
El hombre le contestó: “Puedo solo”…
En otro lugar, un hombre iba cargando un montón de leña atada con una cuerda. Dios, que lo veía, le dijo:
“¿Hacia dónde vas con esa leña?”
El hombre respondió: “La llevo a mi casa al otro lado de ese cerro”.
Dios le dijo:¿quieres que te ayude?”.
El hombre, accedió y Dios tomó la cuerda y cargó la leña.
Poco habían caminado, cuando el hombre le quitó la leña a Dios y la volvió a cargar él mismo.
Dios siguió caminando a su lado y un kilómetro más adelante, el hombre se la volvió a entregar para que Él la cargara. Pero, más adelante, el hombre se la volvió a quitar y la cargó nuevamente y así siguió a lo largo del camino…
En otro lugar, muy lejos de allí, otro hombre iba por un camino llevando un pesado costal de arena.
Dios, que lo veía, le dijo: “¿Hacia dónde vas con ese costal de arena?”.
El hombre respondió: “Tengo que llevárselo a mi patrón, que vive a 5 Km.. de aquí”.
Le dijo Dios: “¿Quieres que te ayude?
El hombre sonrió y le dijo: “¡Oh sí Señor, yo ya no puedo con esta carga!” y se la entregó.
Siguieron caminando y el hombre le iba contando a Dios alegremente de su vida, de su familia y de su trabajo. Le hacía preguntas, le pedía opiniones, en fin, el hombre y Dios, conversando y conversando, llegaron a destino. El hombre ya no se había acordado más de su carga. El Señor mismo cumplió la encomienda de entregársela al patrón de aquel hombre.
El hombre agradeció mucho la ayuda y el Señor le dijo: No te dejaré ni te desampararé, siempre que me necesites, estaré contigo.
¿Con cuál de estos cuatro hombres te identificas?
¿Eres como el primero que cuando tienes problemas, no tomas en cuenta a Dios?…O ¿eres como el segundo hombre, orgulloso y soberbio, que no acepta la ayuda de nadie?… O ¿eres como el tercer hombre, que entrega su carga a Dios, pero en realidad su fe es escasa y decide volverla a cargar él mismo? O ¿eres como el cuarto hombre, que mantiene una buena relación con Dios y humildemente y con alegría, acepta Su ayuda y se olvida de su carga hasta el final del camino, porque confía en que Él tiene el poder para librarlo de esa carga, al punto de que él ya no tiene que preocuparse más por ella?…
Quizá cuando estás en problemas acudes a Dios, le pides, le lloras, pero no sueltas tu carga. Sigues soportando y sufriendo, en constante afán.
Solo cuando voluntariamente le entregues esa carga, Él la tomará y la cargará sobre Sus hombros.
Sigue el ejemplo del cuarto hombre, mantén una buena relación con Dios, deja que Él te ayude con toda tu carga y descansa en Él, esto quiere decir que ya no vas a seguir angustiado, porque tu problema está en Sus manos.
Ya no vas a sentir su peso, ¡porque ese peso lo está llevando el Señor!
¿Cuál es tu carga?…
¿Decepción, traición, resentimiento, abuso, abandono, soledad, tristeza, baja autoestima, adicciones…?
Cualquiera que sea tu carga, no importa el tiempo que la llevas sobre tu espalda, Jesús te dice:
“Vengan a mí todos ustedes que están cansados y agobiados, y yo les daré descanso”
No te inquietes por nada; más bien, en toda ocasión, con oración y ruego, presenta tus peticiones a Dios y dale gracias. Recuerda: ¡Dios es más grande que tus problemas!
