Alimentos que llevamos a la boca
Aquí os dejo algunas dudas que podéis tener a la hora de tomar algunos alimentos:
¿Por qué me da ardor cuando como piña?
Es una fruta tropical que contiene ácido acético, el mismo aceite que contiene el vinagre, por eso puede llegara irritar la mucosa de la boca y de la garganta, En el corazón de la piña hay una sustancia que se llama bromelina que hace más fácil la digestión de las proteínas por eso es ideal como postre, siempre mejor fresca que en conserva donde pierde parte de su efecto y lleva demasiados azucares añadidos. Podemos destacar las vitaminas C o ácido folato, y niacina. De los minerales que contiene la piña se pueden nombrar el potasio, magnesio, calcio, fósforo, yodo, sodio, zinc y hierro, el manganeso de la piña evita en gran medida los efectos de los radicales libres sobre las células. Esto significa que las células sanas no mutan en cancerosas, especialmente en aquellas que producen cáncer de boca, garganta o seno.
¿Es cierto que si comes demasiado caliente la comida puedes padecer un cáncer en el sistema digestivo?
Pues Si, en Japón sobre todo se han detectado bastante canceres al tener la costumbre de tomar la comida bastante caliente, cuando los alimentos calientes atraviesan la boca, el esófago y el estomago provocan lesiones sobre las células de estos tejidos.
No como casi grasa y sí mucha verdura pero mi colesterol no baja ¿a qué se debe?
Nosotros como mamíferos tenemos la capacidad de fabricar colesterol como las vacas que solo comen vegetales y también lo padecen, aquí os dejo pautas para seguir y ayudar a bajarlo
- Hay que comer de dos a tres piezas de fruta pero no abusar porque contienen mucha azúcar.
- Comer pan con moderación y si se puede integral.
- Aumentar el consumo de legumbres.
- Aliñar las comidas con aceite de oliva.
- Pescado azul de tres a cinco veces por semana.
- Poca carne y que que sea blanca.
- Y mucha verdura en cada comida.
¿Son perjudiciales las pastillas de caldo?
Son perjudiciales para los hipertensos por su alto contenido en sal también contienen grasas saturadas y glutamato que suelen producir dolor de cabeza y jaquecas, es mejor aliñar con productos naturales tal como: El laurel, la cebolla, ajo, tomillo, perejil, albahaca, orégano…Hay mil formas de darle sabor a nuestra comida sin perder la salud.
¿Existe algún alimento que pueda prevenir el cáncer de mama?
Se da en los dos sexos y un consejo para ambos seria el de cuidar el peso porque es un factor que va en contra de evitar esta enfermedad también por el incremento de grasas saturadas estamos dejando a un lado la dieta mediterránea que tantos beneficios nos trae, esta sociedad va cada vez más rápida y activa, eso conlleva menos tiempo para invertir en desarrollar una dieta sana con productos naturales y poco procesados, debemos comer muchos vegetales pan y legumbres, poca azúcar y sobre todo acabar con el sedentarismo y las bebidas alcohólicas que solo nos aportan calorías vacías y almacenan grasa y nada de nutrientes ni vitaminas.
¿Por qué con la menopausia no se pierden kilos?
Por los cambios hormonales, eso favorece la tendencia de engordar, aunque hagamos dieta es más difícil pero nunca imposible con más esfuerzo y menos ingesta de alimentos procesados, haz ejercicio en la calle o planificado con personas que lo compartan contigo será más agradable y lo llevarás mejor, a la hora de comer no hagas dietas estrictas porque solo conseguirás el efecto rebote y no te conviene ganar el doble de peso pues a esta edad entre los 45 a 55 cuesta más de lo normal adelgazar pero cuando lo haces tu logro es muy reconfortante, cuídate el doble porque te lo mereces y puedes estar genial con tus años y tu cuerpo.
¿El estreñimiento va de la mano de la tensión nerviosa?
Muy cierto, de ahí comienzan los problemas intestinales que rompen el orden de los ciclos naturales del organismo, se recomienda mucha fibra y no menos agua al menos litro y medio al día, es también aconsejable recibir clases de yoga bienestar que proporciona al cuerpo, todo lo que nos de tranquilidad afectará en nosotros de manera positiva.
