Todo cambio en la vida lleva un sacrificio
No esperes grandes logros en poco espacio de tiempo, aquí tienes una serie de consejos con los que puedes empezar a cambiar tus hábitos de vida:
Nada más levantarte toma un gran vaso de agua tibia con limón te hidrata y eliminarás toxinas acumuladas en toda la noche. Combatirás:
- El estreñimiento y las infecciones urinarias, sus cualidades ayudan al sistema digestivo a realizar su proceso de una manera adecuada y a desecharlas heces del cuerpo de una manera normal, librándote así del temido estreñimiento.
- También combate el mal aliento porque combate la bacteria que se quedan en nuestra boca.
- Nos reporta beneficios a la hora de un régimen porque evita la acumulación de lipidos.
- Para la piel es maravilloso porque contiene vitamina C que favorece la formación de colágeno.
- El agua de limón nos ayuda a reducir los cristales asociados al ácido úrico que inflaman las articulaciones.
- También debemos tener en cuenta que este cítrico es fabuloso para potenciar la circulación sanguínea.
- Tampoco podemos olvidar que el limón contiene potasio, el cual nos ayuda a mejorar las funciones del cerebro y la salud de los nervios.
Seguidamente lo ideal sería hacer ejercicio antes de desayunar, nuestro cuerpo no tiene alimento por lo cual no tiene más remedio que usar grasa para tener energía.
Después haz un desayuno con:
- Zumos, mejor naturales porque los envasados contienen demasiada azúcar añadida.
- Algún yogur desnatado con cereales como el muesli o frutos secos.
- Infusión de té que te ayuda a quemar grasa.
A media mañana tómate un tente en pie sano como fruta, alguna galleta integral o frutos secos.
En la merienda guíate:
- Por la dieta mediterránea que incluye aceite de oliva que es bueno para nutrir el cuerpo.
- Un buen vaso de agua para tomar antes de comer y así saciar si tienes ansiedad por comer demasiado.
- Algo de proteína como el pescado o la carne y bastante proteína vegetal mas de la mitad del plato a poder ser asado o al vapor.
- Si puede se nada de sal, echemos mano de especias e hierbas aromáticas.
- Y de postre fruta de temporada lavada y más aconsejable ser con piel por su alto aporte en fibra.
Ya es media tarde y queremos echar unos minutos de sueño, hazlo, es ideal, el cuerpo te lo agradecerá e irá mucho más relajado con lo que queda de día.
Si tienes tiempo para el deporte no dudes en hacerlo te aportará:
- Un bienestar mental mejorando tu auto estima porque sentirse bien es verse mucho mejor.
- Al practicar ejercicio nuestro corazón bombea más sangre y llega más oxígeno a nuestro cerebro, así que nuestra mente se despeja y conseguimos mejorar la fijación de recuerdos y la memoria.
- La Anandamina es un neurotransmisor conocido como el compuesto de la felicidad que también la contiene ciertos alimentos como el chocolate y el cacao, aumenta mientras haces deporte y después de él, podría ser en parte responsable de la razón por la que el ejercicio lo hace feliz.
- Rebaja la tensión y el estrés, el grado de relajación que nos deja es beneficioso para todo en general.
- A la vez que reduce el aislamiento social en que nos vemos envueltos en la sociedad de hoy.
Llega la noche y toca recordar ese refrán que dice * Desayuna como un rey, almuerza como un príncipe y cena como un mendigo *
¿Así que nada de hidratos?
Lo que sucede depende, de qué tan llenas estén nuestras reservas de glucógeno muscular y hepático. Cuando consumimos carbohidratos, estos van en primer lugar a estas reservas y solo cuando superamos su límite o capacidad es cuando se da el almacenamiento en forma de grasa a partir de glucosa.
Entonces, no es que no puedas consumirlos en la noche, si no cuánto has consumido en el día y qué tanto ejercicio hiciste para saber si el almacén de glucógeno ha sido gastado. Si tomamos un exceso de carbohidratos con las reservas llenas, guardaremos ese exceso en grasa siendo igual si fue en la noche o en la mañana.
Se debe apostar por alimentos frescos evitando todo lo procesado.
