El alma quiere salir ya que necesita ser libre, saltar, correr descalza la ciudad y sin mirar el reloj…
El alma está ansiosa por vivir y tú no la dejas…
Tu alma es la que adquirió un contrato al venir a esta vida para vivir intensamente y con ello permitirle la evolución a tu espíritu…
El alma pertenece a la naturaleza y al no poder entregarse a la experiencia se entristece profundamente y hace que tu cuerpo pierda vitalidad y lo manifiesta como una dolencia…
Esas profundas depresiones que vivimos son cuando el alma enferma de tristeza al ser prisionera de nuestro ego que no le permite expresarse a través del corazón…
Vivimos ocultando nuestros sentimientos por temor a parecer ridículos, anticuados, o fuera de lugar. Y así es como nos “tragamos” el miedo, la pena, el amor y el desamor, la rabia, los celos y vamos escondiendo tanto las emociones negativas como positivas…
El miedo es una enfermedad del alma, la culpa, la soledad, la obsesión…
Son todas enfermedades de tu alma que tu cuerpo manifiesta como, ansiedad, rabietas o depresión.
La medicina tradicional acostumbra a calmar los síntomas de la enfermedad dolor, angustia, fiebre, tos ,etc..con medicamentos, más que buscar las razones por las que se originó esa des armonía manifestada en el cuerpo.
Calmando el dolor la persona olvida lo que su alma reclama a través del cuerpo y es así como se van acumulando las quejas del alma hasta que el cuerpo ya no da más y lanza un alarido estrepitoso para que le prestemos atención…
Nuestro cuerpo es muy sabio y nos habla constantemente pero no sabemos escucharlo.
Una enfermedad es una oportunidad para detenernos, hacer un stop en la vida y tomar un descanso que lleve a reflexionar:
