¿Demasiado sensible?
No entiendo entre miles de cosas, la comunicación en la actualidad de padre e hijos que solo se hablan para regañar en caso de los padres o para pedir favores en caso de los hijos, estamos volviéndonos poco empáticos y nada humanos.
Las familias se desvivían unos de otros donde una madre o un padre era lo más importante, donde el respeto era la bandera de la vida
Hoy puedo decir que echo de menos mi niñez donde todavía esperaba que mi madurez iba a estar cargada de personas llenas de amor desinteresado.
Basta con poner atención, para descubrir que estamos rodeados por la injusticia social: niños en los semáforos haciendo malabares con limones a cambio de centavos; adultos mayores que seguramente tendrán que trabajar hasta el último de sus días porque no tienen una pensión; jóvenes asesinados o tomando la decisión de ir a buscar un futuro lejos de sus familias; supuestos eruditos promoviendo actividades como la minería porque lo importante es el crecimiento económico, qué más da que contaminen; empresarios mediocres pidiendo privilegios porque es la única forma en la que dicen poder ser competitivos; y funcionarios que ven la transparencia y rendición de cuentas como persecución política.
Siento que no pertenezco a este mundo, que estoy en el lugar equivocado, me cuesta mucho a veces adaptarme al mundo y a las personas que habitan en él, veo y siento tantas sensaciones feas entre las personas que me hace querer no estar aquí.
No quiero que se piense que me siento superior o inferior a los demás, solo diferente.
Pienso que igual no soy importante para nadie como yo creo y siento, me puedo ir de este mundo y la mayor parte de las personas no se darían cuenta ni me extrañarían. Puedo tener personas a mi alrededor y saber que nada en su vida cambiaría si faltase. A veces hago la prueba y no me comunico con alguien para ver si me busca y muchas veces confirma mi creencia, estoy solo, si no te acercas a otros ellos no lo harán.
Hay momentos complicados, momentos que me siento muy mal, como si todo se nublara, como si el cansancio se acumulara. Hay temporadas en que me vuelvo crítico con las personas, me enfundo en una coraza y me canso de dar y dar sin recibir.
La sensibilidad no es un defecto
Se siente con intensidad todas las emociones: Angustia, miedo, felicidad. Cualquier emoción la amplifica más que los demás. Pero no solo las de la persona, también afectan los problemas de los demás.
Se es muy observador, le gustan los detalles, observar tanto a las personas como lo que ocurre a su alrededor. Por ejemplo, puedo quedarse embobadas por las hojas cayendo de un árbol o la carcajada de un bebé.
Suelen ser muy educadas y les gusta agradecer o pedir por favor las cosas. Detectan y sienten incomodidad cuando otras no lo son. También muestran mucha empatía con los problemas de los demás
Son también indecisas, les gusta reflexionar, analizar y no molestar a los demás, tomar cualquier decisión me cuesta un mundo.
Se abruman con facilidad, no llevan bien el estrés o los ambientes muy estresantes y los evitan siempre que pueden. Si se ven inmersas en algún problema, tratan de buscar un momento y un lugar de paz y tranquilidad donde mi soledad me dará respuestas y tranquilidad
