Que se aburren de ser niños y quieren crecer rápido, para después desear ser niños otra vez.
Que desperdician la salud para hacer dinero y luego pierden el dinero para recuperar la salud.
Que ansían el futuro y olvidan el presente y así no viven ni el presente ni el futuro.
Que viven como si nunca fuesen a morir y mueren como si nunca hubieran vivido…
Quedé en silencio un rato y le dije:
– Pero, ¿cuáles son las lecciones de vida que debemos aprender?
Y con una sonrisa respondió:
Que no pueden hacer que nadie los ame, sino dejarse amar,
que lo más valioso en la vida no es lo que tenemos, sino a quien tenemos,
que una persona rica no es quien tiene más, sino quien necesita menos
y que el dinero puede comprar todo menos la felicidad…
Que el Físico atrae pero la personalidad enamora.
Que quien no valora lo que tiene, algún día se lamentará por haberlo perdido,
Y que quien hace mal algún día recibirá su merecido.
Si quieres ser feliz, haz feliz a alguien.
Si quieres recibir, da un poco de ti, rodéate de buenas personas y sé una de ellas.
Recuerda, a veces a quien menos esperas es quien te hará vivir buenas experiencias
Nunca arruines tu presente por un pasado que no tiene futuro.
Una persona fuerte sabe cómo mantener en orden su vida.
Aún con lágrimas en los ojos, se las arregla para decir con una sonrisa: ‘Estoy bien”
Busca siempre dentro de ti
—¿Qué haces? ¿Qué se te ha perdido? ¿Qué estás buscando?
Ella contestó:—Se me ha perdido la aguja.
La gente dijo:
—Se está poniendo el sol y va a resultar muy difícil encontrar la aguja, pero vamos a ayudarte. ¿Dónde se te ha caído exactamente? Porque la calle es grande y la aguja pequeña. Si sabemos exactamente dónde se ha caído resultará más fácil encontrarla.
Rabiya contestó:
—Más vale que no me preguntéis eso, porque en realidad no se ha caído en la calle, sino en mi casa.
La gente se echó a reír y dijo:
—¡Ya sabíamos que estabas un poco loca! Si la aguja se ha caído en tu casa, ¿por qué la estamos buscando en la calle?
Rabiya replicó:
—Por una razón tan sencilla como lógica: en la casa no hay luz y en la calle aún queda un poco de luz.
La gente volvió a reírse y se dispersaron. Rabiya los llamó y dijo:
—¡Escuchadme! Eso es lo que hacéis vosotros. Yo me limitaba a seguir vuestro ejemplo. Os empeñáis en buscar la dicha en el mundo exterior sin plantear la pregunta fundamental: «¿Dónde la has perdido?». Y yo os digo que la habéis perdido dentro. La buscáis fuera por la sencilla y lógica razón de que vuestros sentidos están abiertos hacia el exterior: hay un poco más de luz. Vuestros ojos miran hacia fuera, vuestros oídos escuchan hacia fuera, vuestras manos se tienden hacia fuera; por eso estáis buscando fuera. Por lo demás os aseguro que no la habéis perdido ahí, y lo digo por experiencia propia. Yo también he buscado fuera durante muchas, muchas vidas, y el día que miré dentro me llevé una sorpresa. No hacía falta buscar y registrar; siempre había estado dentro.
